We are an Upstate NY regional association collectively serving over 15,000 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.

Our 11 not-for-profit Arc New York, Inc. chapter members are located in 19 Western, Central & Southern Tier counties in Upstate New York.

Our professional and highly motivated staff members provide person-centered services connecting individuals to resources and supports: residential programs, day programs, comprehensive autism resources, family supports, pre-school education, job training & placement, community involvement and more.
